All services are delivered remotely by our certified engineers. The scope of each service is as described on its product page. Where a service is priced from a starting point, the final price is confirmed by quotation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in AED and exclude 5% VAT, which is added at checkout. Payment is made by bank transfer or invoice as agreed.
Delivery
Services begin after payment is confirmed and the required access is provided. Timelines are indicative and agreed per engagement.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
