How services are delivered

All services are performed remotely by certified engineers. After your order is confirmed, we agree a schedule and the secure access required to carry out the work.

Turnaround

Typical turnaround is stated on each service page, often 3 to 5 business days for assessments. Larger or quoted engagements follow an agreed plan.

Support and response

Managed service packages include priority support with agreed response times. Emergency support blocks are actioned on a priority basis.

Satisfaction

If a delivered report or service does not meet the agreed scope, contact us and we will put it right.
