Ordering and quotations
How do I place an order?
Browse the store, add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout. For enterprise systems and bundles shown with a “Request a Quote” option, submit a quotation request instead and our team will prepare pricing and next steps for you.
What is “Request a Quote” and how do bundles work?
Many enterprise solutions and packaged bundles, for example a drone combined with payloads, a dock and training, are tailored to your requirements, so they are priced on request rather than sold at a fixed cart price. Send us a quotation request and we will respond with a detailed quote.
Can I order as a business and get a VAT invoice?
Yes. GulfNet Emirates works with business and enterprise customers, and we provide a VAT invoice for every order. Add your company name and Tax Registration Number (TRN) at checkout or when requesting a quotation.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards through our secure payment gateway, and bank transfer for eligible business customers. All payments are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at the applicable rate of 5% is calculated and shown before you complete checkout.
Delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE, and is it free?
Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Arab Emirates. In-stock items are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is quoted per order, and the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country. See our Shipping and Delivery policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we will send you confirmation and, where available, tracking details. You can also contact us any time for an update.
Returns and warranty
Can I return an item?
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original sealed packaging. Some items, such as activated enterprise equipment and software, cannot be returned for change of mind. Full details are in our Returns and Warranty policy.
My item is faulty, what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at our cost.
What warranty do products come with?
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. For DJI products this is typically 12 months from purchase; other brands may differ. As an authorised dealer, we help you make any warranty claim and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Products and compliance
Are your products genuine?
Yes. GulfNet Emirates is an authorised dealer of DJI and other leading brands. All products are genuine, brand-new unless clearly described otherwise, and supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do I need a permit or registration to fly a drone in the UAE?
Drones and unmanned aircraft in the UAE are subject to registration and operating requirements set by the competent authorities, including the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). It is the operator’s responsibility to register equipment and obtain any required permits before flying. We recommend checking the current requirements that apply to you and your intended use.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a complete drone buying FAQ UAE resource I can read before ordering from GulfNet Emirates?
Yes. GulfNet Emirates publishes a dedicated FAQ that covers the full purchase journey: how to place an order, how enterprise bundles are quoted, accepted payment methods, VAT treatment, delivery timelines within the UAE and internationally, order tracking, returns, warranty claims, and compliance responsibilities for drone operators. Every answer reflects the actual store policy for buyers in the UAE and wider GCC, not generic industry guidance. If a specific scenario is not addressed, buyers can email
[email protected] or call +971 4 897 2598 and speak to the team directly. The office is located at Al Fattan Plaza, 6th Floor, Office 607, Dubai.
How do I place an order for enterprise drones or robotics with GulfNet Emirates?
For catalogue items, add the products to your cart and finish checkout the way you would on any online store. Enterprise systems and packaged bundles, for example a drone paired with payloads, a dock, and training, are shown with a Request a Quote option rather than a fixed price. In that case, submit a quotation request describing the configuration you need, and the sales team responds with detailed pricing, lead time, and next steps. Business buyers can add their company name and Tax Registration Number during checkout or on the quote form so the invoice is issued correctly from the outset.
Can I buy as a business and receive a VAT invoice in AED?
Yes. GulfNet Emirates works primarily with business and enterprise customers, and a VAT invoice is issued for every transaction. Payments are processed in UAE Dirhams through a secure card gateway, and bank transfer is available for eligible business accounts. To make sure the invoice carries the correct company details, buyers should enter their registered business name and Tax Registration Number (TRN) at checkout or on the Request a Quote form. This keeps the paperwork clean for internal accounting and for any downstream VAT recovery your finance team needs to process.
Are the listed prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices on the store are shown exclusive of VAT unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Value Added Tax at the applicable UAE rate of 5% is calculated and displayed on the order summary before you confirm payment, so there are no hidden additions at the final step. The same treatment applies to quoted enterprise bundles: the quotation will separate the net product cost from VAT so procurement teams can slot the figures directly into their approval and reconciliation workflows without re-calculating.
How long does drone delivery take in the UAE?
In-stock orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the point of dispatch, and delivery within the United Arab Emirates is free of charge on every order. Timing may extend slightly for bulky enterprise systems, docking stations, or configurations that ship from the manufacturer against a purchase order, and the sales team confirms an accurate ETA in writing before the order is booked. Once the shipment leaves the warehouse, a confirmation is sent, along with tracking details where the courier supports it, so the receiving site can plan installation or handover in advance.
Do you ship drones and robotics outside the UAE?
Yes, worldwide shipping is available. International freight is quoted per order because it depends on the destination, weight, dimensions, and lithium battery classification of the equipment. Import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the quoted freight price. Buyers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, other GCC states, and African markets can request a landed-cost estimate up front so the total investment is clear before the purchase order is raised. Full terms are set out in the Shipping and Delivery policy.
How do I track my order once it is dispatched?
As soon as the order is handed to the courier, a dispatch confirmation is emailed out. Where the carrier supports tracking, the reference number is included so buyers can monitor movement to the delivery address. If the courier used for a particular route does not expose tracking, the team is happy to provide status updates on request by email or phone. For enterprise projects that involve staged shipments, for instance a drone consignment followed by a separate dock or payload, each leg is confirmed individually so the site team knows what to expect and when.
Can I return a drone if I change my mind after delivery?
A change-of-mind return can be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with all accessories intact. Certain categories are excluded, most notably activated enterprise hardware and software licences, because activation ties the product to your account and cannot be reversed. If a return is approved, the team confirms the process and any applicable charges in writing before pickup. The full policy, including exclusions and inspection criteria, is available under Returns and Warranty.
What warranty comes with drones bought in the UAE from GulfNet Emirates?
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. For DJI drones the standard cover is typically 12 months from the date of purchase, and warranty terms for Flyability, Unitree, QYSEA, AVIX, and other brands follow that manufacturer's own policy. As an authorised dealer, GulfNet Emirates handles the claim end to end on the buyer's behalf: the team logs the case, coordinates inspection or return to the manufacturer where required, and keeps you informed until the repair, replacement, or resolution is complete. This is one of the practical benefits of buying locally rather than importing grey-market units.
What should I do if a drone or payload arrives faulty?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing
[email protected] with the order number, a description of the fault, and, where possible, short photos or a clip that shows the problem. The support team assesses the case and arranges a repair, replacement, or refund at their cost when the fault is confirmed. Reporting quickly matters because it lets the team preserve the courier's transit records if the damage occurred in transport, which speeds up resolution and avoids disputes over responsibility later in the process.
Do I need a licence to fly a drone in the UAE?
Drone regulations UAE FAQ questions come up often, and the short answer is that unmanned aircraft operations in the country are governed by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) alongside the relevant local authority for the emirate you fly in. Operators are responsible for registering their aircraft and obtaining any permits, no-objection certificates, or pilot approvals required for the intended activity, whether that is recreational, commercial mapping, inspection, or delivery. GulfNet Emirates strongly recommends verifying the current rules directly with the competent authority before flying, since requirements change and vary by airframe weight, payload, and airspace class.
Are the drones and robotics sold by GulfNet Emirates genuine?
Yes. GulfNet Emirates is an authorised dealer of DJI and other leading drone, robotics, and imaging brands stocked in the store. Every unit is brand-new unless the listing explicitly states otherwise, arrives sealed from the manufacturer, and carries full manufacturer warranty backed by regional support. That authorisation matters for buyers weighing common drone purchase questions UAE procurement teams raise around firmware updates, spare part availability, insurance claims, and future resale value, since only genuine, dealer-supplied units qualify for those routes without friction.
