Key Features
3-Chip 2/3-type CMOS Sensor with Global Shutter
At the heart of the PXW-Z750 is a newly developed 3-chip 2/3-type 4K CMOS sensor block with a wide colour gamut. As Sony’s first shoulder-mount camcorder with a global shutter, it eliminates flash banding and the “jello” effect of rolling shutters — capturing fast motion with true-to-life colour, high sensitivity and low noise.

Versatile B4 Lens Options
The 2/3-type 3-chip sensor block pairs with the rugged, dependable B4 bayonet mount, letting you use a wide range of commercially available B4 4K and HD broadcast lenses. Leverage your existing lens investment across a variety of shooting applications while keeping costs down.

High Dynamic Range & Wider, Richer Colours
Record HDR using Sony S-Log3 or Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG). The wide colour gamut supports S-Gamut3 and S-Gamut3.Cine as well as the industry-standard ITU-R BT.2020 colour space. S-Log3 captures maximum dynamic range for premium grading; HLG delivers broadcast-ready content with no additional grading.

Superb Slow Motion — 120fps in Full HD
Ideal for sports and nature programming, the PXW-Z750 acquires footage at 120fps in Full HD for beautifully smooth, finely detailed slow-motion playback — revealing the moments the eye can’t catch.

Never Miss a Shot — Cache Recording
Advanced cache recording in 4K and Full HD continuously buffers footage before you press record — up to 13–15 seconds in MPEG HD 422 50 (at 50/59.94fps). When the action happens, it’s already captured.

Premium 4K at Lower Bitrates — XAVC-L422
The latest-generation XAVC-L422 QFHD 200 codec compresses 4K UHD with a Long-GOP structure, achieving significant bitrate savings over Intra-frame codecs while preserving superb 4K image quality. Combined with high-speed SxS media, it radically cuts real-world turnaround times.

Lightning-Fast Latest-Generation Media
Dual SxS card slots support the latest-generation SxS Pro X media, enabling file transfers up to 10 Gbps (1250 MB/s) with the SBAC-T40 Thunderbolt 3 reader/writer. Record QFHD XAVC and Full HD XAVC/MPEG HD 422, plus HDR and SDR, onto a single card simultaneously.

Cloud-Connected Production Workflow
The PXW-Z750 integrates Cloud-based production tools with proven Sony reliability. Build stories fast with secure direct access from the studio to camcorders in the field via XDCAM air, and distribute content for preview and editing with stakeholders worldwide through Sony’s Ci Media Cloud.
