The directional antenna design concentrates signal where the aircraft is flying, so the link stays solid even as you push the mission to the edge of legal range.

Hybrid SDR + 4G Transmission

When obstacles or distance threaten the radio link, the RC Plus 2 falls back on 4G connectivity through the DJI Cellular Dongle 2, blending cellular and SDR transmission into one uninterrupted feed. It is the difference between aborting a flight behind a ridge line and completing it — coverage that follows the aircraft into places line-of-sight radio cannot reach.
