Flyability Elios 3 UT Payload
Developed with Cygnus Instruments, the Elios 3 UT Payload turns the Elios 3 into a flying UTM gauge that captures accurate ultrasonic thickness measurements backed by high-resolution A-scans in the most hard-to-reach and elevated areas. With a smart couplant dispenser, modular IACS-compliant probes and a cleaning module, teams can perform integrity inspections in minutes — reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.
Thickness measurements at height
Reach elevated pipework, vessels and structural members without scaffolding or rope access. A smart, foldable, laser-targeting probe arm places the UT probe accurately from a safe distance.
Interchangeable IACS-compliant probes
The probe head accepts twin- and single-crystal probes, with IACS-compliant single-crystal multi-echo measurement suitable for class surveys.

Review & refine on the digital twin
Back at the desk, navigate to every point of interest, review the A-scans and refine measurements on the 3D digital twin, then export to Inspector 5 for reporting.
