Radar Systems 50 MHz Antenna Set for Zond Aero LF GPR
This 50 MHz dipole antenna set extends the Radar Systems Zond Aero LF GPR to its maximum penetration depth. At the lowest available frequency, the 50 MHz dipoles push the radar deeper than the standard 100, 150 and 300 MHz sets — the right choice when reaching the deepest targets matters more than fine resolution. The set is a direct add-on for any Zond Aero LF system.
Zond Aero LF GPR Systems with 50 MHz Dipoles

Maximum penetration for the Aero LF
Each 1.5 m dipole tunes the Zond Aero LF to 50 MHz for the deepest possible soundings. Because the dipoles are large, the set requires a larger drone — the DJI M400 or a comparable/larger Pixhawk- or Cube-based platform — and DJI M400 mounts are included as standard.

Complete, ready-to-fit set
The kit includes two 50 MHz dipoles, a plastic rod, clamps and dipole caps — everything needed to mount the antenna on a Zond Aero LF and start surveying. It is an accessory for the Aero LF GPR and is not a standalone radar.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a standalone GPR?
No. It is a 50 MHz dipole antenna set that adds to an existing Radar Systems Zond Aero LF GPR. You need the Zond Aero LF system to use it.
Why choose the 50 MHz dipoles?
50 MHz is the lowest frequency option and delivers the greatest penetration depth, beyond what the standard 100/150/300 MHz dipoles provide — ideal for the deepest geophysical and engineering targets.
Which drone do I need?
Because the 1.5 m dipoles are large, a larger drone is required — the DJI M400 or a comparable/larger Pixhawk- or Cube-based platform. DJI M400 mounts are included as standard.
What is in the set?
Two 50 MHz dipoles (1.5 m each), a plastic rod, three type-1 clamps, five type-2 clamps and two dipole caps.
